Parade of Homes

Coming Soon!

For years I went to the parade of homes, first when I lived in Utah, my husband and I would go to ” dream build” that’s what we called it.. it was a way for us to manifest what we wanted for our lives …to work hard and  create the life we wanted.. then when we moved to NY and he became a mortgage broker ..we would go every year for his networking ..and of course still dream building… I remember walking through and thinking how I wish I could be hired to decorate a parade house,  even though I didn’t/don’t  have a degree in interior design and at that time not a set career path.. so for me it was a day dream ….until 2018 when a local builder saw my instagram feed and mentioned they loved my design style… I jokingly said I would love to work with you.. really thinking NOTHING would come of it ..to my surprise they emailed me and we met… and the house .. omg… amazing… and the brothers of Stone Hammer Homes… well they are pretty amazing too. So kind.. easy going and wicked talented… we made a great team … the house turned out beautiful… and guess what ?? The house sold with in a few days of listing it before the parade had even started ..with 2 OFFERS !!  I am forever grateful to stone hammer homes for believing in me and catapulting  my career.. I hope to work with them in the future again

The home has been decorated with professional interior home designing by Becka Miller of Miller’s Crossing Design.

Miller said her goal for the interior design of the home was to really show off the architectural details Stone Hammer put into the home. The home has a neutral palette to keep it simple and clean. Miller also hand-painted both the barn door on the office and the pantry door.

After flipping homes for years, this is the first year Miller has designed for the Parade of Homes. https://www.syracuse.com/realestate-news/2019/09/house-of-the-week-stone-hammers-the-rinnovo-at-parade-of-homes.html?fbclid=IwAR3A0pbtPg5Va8K7jxwDAN6iSiW0Zklf7gHhgfZk9BniDCi81aryKZJRB0g
